Communication Consent

By submitting your information to LEND SEEKER, you expressly authorize us and our partner network to contact you via telephone calls, SMS/text messages, or emails. This consent applies even if your number is listed on a "Do Not Call" registry.

1. Nature of Service

LEND SEEKER provides a specialized matchmaking service.

🚫 We do not have the authority to issue loan approvals.

✅ We do connect you instantly with partners who can.

2. Verification Process

While our form focuses on basic matching, you acknowledge that the final lender you are matched with may require:

Additional proof of identity (including SSN).
Income verification via bank statements.
Credit background checks (Soft or Hard pulls depending on the lender's policy).

3. APR & Financial Terms

Since LEND SEEKER is not the lender, we cannot predict the exact fees or Annual Percentage Rate (APR) you will be offered.

General Market Disclosure: Short-term loans typically carry higher APRs depending on your state regulations.

Always read the third-party lender's agreement fully before accepting funds.

4. Limitation of Liability

LEND SEEKER is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from your agreement with a third-party lender. Our responsibility ends once we successfully hand off your connection.
